തീര്ച്ചയായും ഓരോ സമുദായത്തിലും നാം ദൂതനെ നിയോഗിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. നിങ്ങള് അല്ലാഹുവെ ആരാധിക്കുകയും, ദുര്മൂര്ത്തികളെ വെടിയുകയും ചെയ്യണം എന്ന് (പ്രബോധനം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് വേണ്ടി.) എന്നിട്ട് അവരില് ചിലരെ അല്ലാഹു നേര്വഴിയിലാക്കി. അവരില് ചിലരുടെ മേല് വഴികേട് സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുകയും ചെയ്തു. ആകയാല് നിങ്ങള് ഭൂമിയിലൂടെ നടന്നിട്ട് നിഷേധിച്ചുതള്ളിക്കളഞ്ഞവരുടെ പര്യവസാനം എപ്രകാരമായിരുന്നു എന്ന് നോക്കുക.(36)
(36) وَلَقَدْ بَعَثْنَا فِي كُلِّ أُمَّةٍ رَسُولًا أَنِ اعْبُدُوا اللَّهَ وَاجْتَنِبُوا الطَّاغُوتَ ۖ فَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ هَدَى اللَّهُ وَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ حَقَّتْ عَلَيْهِ الضَّلَالَةُ ۚ فَسِيرُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ فَانْظُرُوا كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الْمُكَذِّبِينَ
And verily, We have sent among every Ummah (community, nation) a Messenger (proclaiming): "Worship Allah (Alone), and avoid (or keep away from) Taghut (all false deities, etc.i. e. do not worship Taghut besides Allah)." Then of them were some whom Allah guided and of them were some upon whom the straying was justified. So travel through the land and see what was the end of those who denied (the truth).(36)
