അവരുടെ ശേഷം വന്നവര്ക്കും. അവര് പറയും: ഞങ്ങളുടെ രക്ഷിതാവേ, ഞങ്ങള്ക്കും വിശ്വാസത്തോടെ ഞങ്ങള്ക്ക് മുമ്പ് കഴിഞ്ഞുപോയിട്ടുള്ള ഞങ്ങളുടെ സഹോദരങ്ങള്ക്കും നീ പൊറുത്തുതരേണമേ, സത്യവിശ്വാസം സ്വീകരിച്ചവരോട് ഞങ്ങളുടെ മനസ്സുകളില് നീ ഒരു വിദ്വേഷവും ഉണ്ടാക്കരുതേ. ഞങ്ങളുടെ രക്ഷിതാവേ, തീര്ച്ചയായും നീ ഏറെ ദയയുള്ളവനും കരുണാനിധിയുമാകുന്നു(10)
(10) وَالَّذِينَ جَاءُوا مِنْ بَعْدِهِمْ يَقُولُونَ رَبَّنَا اغْفِرْ لَنَا وَلِإِخْوَانِنَا الَّذِينَ سَبَقُونَا بِالْإِيمَانِ وَلَا تَجْعَلْ فِي قُلُوبِنَا غِلًّا لِلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا رَبَّنَا إِنَّكَ رَءُوفٌ رَحِيمٌ
And those who came after them say: "Our Lord! Forgive us and our brethren who have preceded us in Faith, and put not in our hearts any hatred against those who have believed. Our Lord! You are indeed full of kindness, Most Merciful.(10)
