(നബിയേ,) പറയുക: നിങ്ങള് ഭൂമിയിലൂടെ സഞ്ചരിച്ചിട്ട് മുമ്പുണ്ടായിരുന്നവരുടെ പര്യവസാനം എങ്ങനെയായിരുന്നു എന്ന് നോക്കുക. അവരില് അധികപേരും ബഹുദൈവാരാധകരായിരുന്നു.(42)
(42) قُلْ سِيرُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ فَانْظُرُوا كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلُ ۚ كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُمْ مُشْرِكِينَ
Say (O Muhammad SAW): "Travel in the land and see what was the end of those before (you)! Most of them were Mushrikun (the disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah, polytheists, idolaters, etc.)."(42)
