അനന്തരം അവര് ഇരുവരും പോയി. അങ്ങനെ ഒരു ബാലനെ അവര് കണ്ടുമുട്ടിയപ്പോള് അദ്ദേഹം അവനെ കൊന്നുകളഞ്ഞു. മൂസാ പറഞ്ഞു: നിര്ദോഷിയായ ഒരാളെ മറ്റൊരാള്ക്കു പകരമായിട്ടല്ലാതെ താങ്കള് കൊന്നുവോ? തീര്ച്ചയായും നിഷിദ്ധമായ ഒരു കാര്യം തന്നെയാണ് താങ്കള് ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ളത്.(74)
(74) فَانْطَلَقَا حَتَّىٰ إِذَا لَقِيَا غُلَامًا فَقَتَلَهُ قَالَ أَقَتَلْتَ نَفْسًا زَكِيَّةً بِغَيْرِ نَفْسٍ لَقَدْ جِئْتَ شَيْئًا نُكْرًا
Then they both proceeded, till they met a boy, he (Khidr) killed him. Musa (Moses) said: "Have you killed an innocent person who had killed none? Verily, you have committed a thing "Nukra" (a great Munkar - prohibited, evil, dreadful thing)!"(74)
