അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു: ഞാന് മറന്നുപോയതിന് താങ്കള് എന്റെ പേരില് നടപടി എടുക്കരുത്. എന്റെ കാര്യത്തില് വിഷമകരമായ യാതൊന്നിനും താങ്കള് എന്നെ നിര്ബന്ധിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യരുത്.(73)
(73) قَالَ لَا تُؤَاخِذْنِي بِمَا نَسِيتُ وَلَا تُرْهِقْنِي مِنْ أَمْرِي عُسْرًا
[Musa (Moses)] said: "Call me not to account for what I forgot, and be not hard upon me for my affair (with you)."(73)
