അങ്ങനെ യഹൂദമതം സ്വീകരിച്ചവരുടെ അക്രമം കാരണമായി അവര്ക്ക് അനുവദിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരുന്ന പല നല്ല വസ്തുക്കളും നാമവര്ക്ക് നിഷിദ്ധമാക്കി. അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെ മാര്ഗത്തില് നിന്ന് അവര് ജനങ്ങളെ ധാരാളമായി തടഞ്ഞതുകൊണ്ടും.(160)
(160) فَبِظُلْمٍ مِنَ الَّذِينَ هَادُوا حَرَّمْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ طَيِّبَاتٍ أُحِلَّتْ لَهُمْ وَبِصَدِّهِمْ عَنْ سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ كَثِيرًا
For the wrong-doing of the Jews, We made unlawful to them certain good foods which has been lawful to them, and for their hindering many from Allah's Way;(160)
