അവരുടെ സ്വത്തുക്കളിലാകട്ടെ ചോദിക്കുന്നവന്നും (ഉപജീവനം) തടയപ്പെട്ടവന്നും ഒരു അവകാശമുണ്ടായിരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും.(19)
(19) وَفِي أَمْوَالِهِمْ حَقٌّ لِلسَّائِلِ وَالْمَحْرُومِ
And in their properties there was the right of the beggar, and the Mahrum (the poor who does not ask the others).(19)
