അവന് തന്നെയാകുന്നു മനുഷ്യര് നിരാശപ്പെട്ടുകഴിഞ്ഞതിനു ശേഷം മഴ വര്ഷിപ്പിക്കുകയും, തന്റെ കാരുണ്യം വ്യാപിപ്പിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നവന്. അവന് തന്നെയാകുന്നു സ്തുത്യര്ഹനായ രക്ഷാധികാരി.(28)
(28) وَهُوَ الَّذِي يُنَزِّلُ الْغَيْثَ مِنْ بَعْدِ مَا قَنَطُوا وَيَنْشُرُ رَحْمَتَهُ ۚ وَهُوَ الْوَلِيُّ الْحَمِيدُ
And He it is Who sends down the rain after they have despaired, and spreads abroad His Mercy. And He is the Wali (Helper, Supporter, Protector, etc.), Worthy of all Praise.(28)
