അവന് (ഇബ്ലീസ്) പറഞ്ഞു: എന്റെ രക്ഷിതാവേ, എന്നാല് അവര് ഉയിര്ത്തെഴുന്നേല്പിക്കപ്പെടുന്ന ദിവസം വരെ നീ എനിക്ക് അവധി അനുവദിച്ചു തരേണമേ.(79)
(79) قَالَ رَبِّ فَأَنْظِرْنِي إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ يُبْعَثُونَ
[Iblis (Satan)] said: "My Lord! Give me then respite till the Day the (dead) are resurrected."(79)
