പൂര്വ്വതലമുറകളെ നാം നശിപ്പിച്ചതിന് ശേഷം, ജനങ്ങള്ക്കു ഉള്കാഴ്ച നല്കുന്ന തെളിവുകളും മാര്ഗദര്ശനവും കാരുണ്യവുമായിക്കൊണ്ട് മൂസായ്ക്ക് നാം വേദഗ്രന്ഥം നല്കുകയുണ്ടായി. അവര് ചിന്തിച്ച് ഗ്രഹിച്ചേക്കാമല്ലോ.(43)
(43) وَلَقَدْ آتَيْنَا مُوسَى الْكِتَابَ مِنْ بَعْدِ مَا أَهْلَكْنَا الْقُرُونَ الْأُولَىٰ بَصَائِرَ لِلنَّاسِ وَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةً لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَذَكَّرُونَ
And indeed We gave Musa (Moses), after We had destroyed the generations of old, the Scripture [the Taurat (Torah)] as an enlightenment for mankind, and a guidance and a mercy, that they might remember (or receive admonition).(43)
