ഭൂമിയും ഉന്നതമായ ആകാശങ്ങളും സൃഷ്ടിച്ചവന്‍റെ പക്കല്‍ നിന്ന്‌ അവതരിപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ടതത്രെ അത്‌.(4)

(4) تَنْزِيلًا مِمَّنْ خَلَقَ الْأَرْضَ وَالسَّمَاوَاتِ الْعُلَى

A revelation from Him (Allah) Who has created the earth and high heavens.(4)
