അല്ലാഹു ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നവെങ്കില് (ചെയ്യാമെന്ന്) അല്ലാതെ. നീ മറന്നുപോകുന്ന പക്ഷം (ഓര്മവരുമ്പോള്) നിന്റെ രക്ഷിതാവിനെ അനുസ്മരിക്കുക. എന്റെ രക്ഷിതാവ് എന്നെ ഇതിനെക്കാള് സന്മാര്ഗത്തോട് അടുത്ത ഒരു ജീവിതത്തിലേക്ക് നയിച്ചേക്കാം എന്ന് പറയുകയും ചെയ്യുക.(24)
(24) إِلَّا أَنْ يَشَاءَ اللَّهُ ۚ وَاذْكُرْ رَبَّكَ إِذَا نَسِيتَ وَقُلْ عَسَىٰ أَنْ يَهْدِيَنِ رَبِّي لِأَقْرَبَ مِنْ هَٰذَا رَشَدًا
Except (with the saying), "If Allah will!" And remember your Lord when you forget and say: "It may be that my Lord guides me unto a nearer way of truth than this."(24)
