ചൊവ്വായ നിലയില്. തന്റെപക്കല് നിന്നുള്ള കഠിനമായ ശിക്ഷയെപ്പറ്റി താക്കീത് നല്കുവാനും, സല്കര്മ്മങ്ങള് പ്രവര്ത്തിക്കുന്ന സത്യവിശ്വാസികള്ക്ക് ഉത്തമമായ പ്രതിഫലമുണ്ട് എന്ന് സന്തോഷവാര്ത്ത അറിയിക്കുവാനും വേണ്ടിയത്രെ അത്.(2)
(2) قَيِّمًا لِيُنْذِرَ بَأْسًا شَدِيدًا مِنْ لَدُنْهُ وَيُبَشِّرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ الَّذِينَ يَعْمَلُونَ الصَّالِحَاتِ أَنَّ لَهُمْ أَجْرًا حَسَنًا
(He has made it) Straight to give warning (to the disbelievers) of a severe punishment from Him, and to give glad tidings to the believers (in the Oneness of Allah Islamic Monotheism), who work righteous deeds, that they shall have a fair reward (i.e. Paradise).(2)
