നിങ്ങളുടെ രക്ഷിതാവ് നിങ്ങളെപ്പറ്റി നല്ലവണ്ണം അറിയുന്നവനാകുന്നു. അവന് ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന പക്ഷം അവന് നിങ്ങളോട് കരുണ കാണിക്കും.അല്ലെങ്കില് അവന് ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന പക്ഷം അവന് നിങ്ങളെ ശിക്ഷിക്കും. അവരുടെ മേല് മേല്നോട്ടക്കാരനായി നിന്നെ നാം നിയോഗിച്ചിട്ടില്ല.(54)
(54) رَبُّكُمْ أَعْلَمُ بِكُمْ ۖ إِنْ يَشَأْ يَرْحَمْكُمْ أَوْ إِنْ يَشَأْ يُعَذِّبْكُمْ ۚ وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ عَلَيْهِمْ وَكِيلًا
Your Lord knows you best, if He will, He will have mercy on you, or if He will, He will punish you. And We have not sent you (O Muhammad SAW) as a guardian over them.(54)
