നിനക്ക് മുമ്പ് മനുഷ്യന്മാരെയല്ലാതെ നാം ദൂതന്മാരായി നിയോഗിച്ചിട്ടില്ല. അവര്ക്ക് നാം സന്ദേശം നല്കുന്നു. നിങ്ങള്ക്കറിഞ്ഞ് കൂടെങ്കില് (വേദം മുഖേന) ഉല്ബോധനം ലഭിച്ചവരോട് നിങ്ങള് ചോദിച്ച് നോക്കുക.(43)
(43) وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَا مِنْ قَبْلِكَ إِلَّا رِجَالًا نُوحِي إِلَيْهِمْ ۚ فَاسْأَلُوا أَهْلَ الذِّكْرِ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ لَا تَعْلَمُونَ
And We sent not (as Our Messengers) before you (O Muhammad SAW) any but men, whom We inspired, (to preach and invite mankind to believe in the Oneness of Allah). So ask of those who know the Scripture [learned men of the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)], if you know not.(43)
