നിങ്ങള് യൂസുഫിനെ കൊന്നുകളയുക. അല്ലെങ്കില് വല്ല ഭൂപ്രദേശത്തും അവനെ (കൊണ്ടുപോയി) ഇട്ടേക്കുക. എങ്കില് നിങ്ങളുടെ പിതാവിന്റെ മുഖം നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് ഒഴിഞ്ഞ് കിട്ടും. അതിന് ശേഷം നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് നല്ല ആളുകളായികഴിയുകയും ചെയ്യാം. എന്ന് അവര് പറഞ്ഞ സന്ദര്ഭം (ശ്രദ്ധേയമത്രെ.)(9)
(9) اقْتُلُوا يُوسُفَ أَوِ اطْرَحُوهُ أَرْضًا يَخْلُ لَكُمْ وَجْهُ أَبِيكُمْ وَتَكُونُوا مِنْ بَعْدِهِ قَوْمًا صَالِحِينَ
"Kill Yusuf (Joseph) or cast him out to some (other) land, so that the favour of your father may be given to you alone, and after that you will be righteous folk (by intending repentance before committing the sin)."(9)
