അദ്ദേഹം (ദുല്ഖര്നൈന്) പറഞ്ഞു: എന്നാല് ആര് അക്രമം പ്രവര്ത്തിച്ചുവോ അവനെ നാം ശിക്ഷിക്കുന്നതാണ്. പിന്നീട് അവന് തന്റെ രക്ഷിതാവിങ്കലേക്ക് മടക്കപ്പെടുകയും അപ്പോള് അവന് ഗുരുതരമായ ശിക്ഷ അവന്ന് നല്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്.(87)
(87) قَالَ أَمَّا مَنْ ظَلَمَ فَسَوْفَ نُعَذِّبُهُ ثُمَّ يُرَدُّ إِلَىٰ رَبِّهِ فَيُعَذِّبُهُ عَذَابًا نُكْرًا
He said: "As for him (a disbeliever in the Oneness of Allah) who does wrong, we shall punish him; and then he will be brought back unto his Lord; Who will punish him with a terrible torment (Hell).(87)
