തീര്ച്ചയായും അവന് തന്നെയാണ് ആദ്യമായി ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നതും ആവര്ത്തിച്ച് ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നതും.(13)
(13) إِنَّهُ هُوَ يُبْدِئُ وَيُعِيدُ
Verily, He it is Who begins (punishment) and repeats (punishment in the Hereafter) (or originates the creation of everything, and then repeats it on the Day of Resurrection).(13)
