(അന്ന്‌) ആര്‍ അതിരുകവിയുകയും(37)

(37) فَأَمَّا مَنْ طَغَىٰ

Then, for him who Tagha (transgressed all bounds, in disbelief, oppression and evil deeds of disobedience to Allah).(37)
