(ആ സംഭവം, ചിലരെ) താഴ്ത്തുന്നതും (ചിലരെ) ഉയര്‍ത്തുന്നതുമായിരിക്കും.(3)

(3) خَافِضَةٌ رَافِعَةٌ

It will bring low (some); (and others) it will exalt;(3)
