മൂസായ്ക്ക് നാം വേദഗ്രന്ഥം നല്കുകയുണ്ടായി. എന്നിട്ട് അതിന്റെ കാര്യത്തില് അഭിപ്രായഭിന്നതകള് ഉണ്ടായി. നിന്റെ രക്ഷിതാവിങ്കല് നിന്ന് ഒരു വചനം മുന്കൂട്ടി ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ലെങ്കില് അവര്ക്കിടയില് വിധി നടത്തപ്പെടുമായിരുന്നു. തീര്ച്ചയായും അവര് ഇതിനെപ്പറ്റി അവിശ്വാസജനകമായ സംശയത്തിലാകുന്നു.(110)
(110) وَلَقَدْ آتَيْنَا مُوسَى الْكِتَابَ فَاخْتُلِفَ فِيهِ ۚ وَلَوْلَا كَلِمَةٌ سَبَقَتْ مِنْ رَبِّكَ لَقُضِيَ بَيْنَهُمْ ۚ وَإِنَّهُمْ لَفِي شَكٍّ مِنْهُ مُرِيبٍ
Indeed, We gave the Book to Musa (Moses), but differences arose therein, and had it not been for a Word that had gone forth before from your Lord, the case would have been judged between them, and indeed they are in grave doubt concerning it (this Quran).(110)
