അല്ലാഹു നല്ല വചനത്തിന് എങ്ങനെയാണ് ഉപമ നല്കിയിരിക്കുന്നത് എന്ന് നീ കണ്ടില്ലേ? (അത്) ഒരു നല്ല മരം പോലെയാകുന്നു. അതിന്റെ മുരട് ഉറച്ചുനില്ക്കുന്നതും അതിന്റെ ശാഖകള് ആകാശത്തേക്ക് ഉയര്ന്ന് നില്ക്കുന്നതുമാകുന്നു.(24)
(24) أَلَمْ تَرَ كَيْفَ ضَرَبَ اللَّهُ مَثَلًا كَلِمَةً طَيِّبَةً كَشَجَرَةٍ طَيِّبَةٍ أَصْلُهَا ثَابِتٌ وَفَرْعُهَا فِي السَّمَاءِ
See you not how Allah sets forth a parable? - A goodly word as a goodly tree, whose root is firmly fixed, and its branches (reach) to the sky (i.e. very high).(24)
